prayer requests
Southwest Christian High School is a praying community and believes in the power of prayer (James 5:15b). Therefore, we devote part of our time and ministry in prayer for the praises and needs of the Southwest community. Every Friday, Southwest sends out an all-school e-mail to members of the Southwest family. At the end of this e-mail, we include prayer requests. If you have a prayer request that you would like included in the weekly e-mail, send your prayer request to m_bargmann@swchs.org and it will be included in the all-school e-mail for that week.
Dr. Norby also has a prayer network called 200 4 2. These are 200 prayer warriors who are willing to devote 2 minutes of prayer each day for Southwest. If you would like to become a part of this prayer ministry, e-mail Dr. Norby at p_norby@swch.org.
On going prayer items that the Southwest community can be in continual prayer for include:
- Strength for our faculty and staff
- Spiritual and academic growth for all Southwest students
- Board of Education
- Next Facility Site Committee (future plans for Southwest)
- New and inquiring families
- Financial strength
