All prospective students and their families are invited to join us for ANY Southwest event: concerts, plays, sports games, etc. This is a great way to experience first-hand the wonderful SW community.

October through April  Student visit / shadow days (Call to arrange at least 2 days prior to shadow day)

Oct. 23  Fall Concert, 7:30 p.m. at Calvary Church, 5300 France Ave. S., Edina.  Featuring performances by 3 Southwest choirs and the Southwest Wind Ensemble.  Free and open to the public. A free-will offering will be taken.

Nov. 2-3  Fall Drama:  "Jane Eyre" -- 7:30 PM performances in the SW chapel.

Nov. 8   Admission Open House, 7:00 p.m.  Informal program in the chapel at 7:30;  student-led tours at 8:15 p.m.  All interested parents and students are invited!

Dec. 20   Christmas Concert, 7:30 p.m. at Calvary Church, 5300 France Ave. S., Edina.  For many SW families, this is the highlight of the school year!  Please join us for an inspiring evening of music featuring Southwest's 3 choirs, the All-School Choir, and the Wind Ensemble.

Jan. 4   Admission Exam, 9-11 a.m.  Reservation required.  Application and fee must be received by Admission Office before taking exam.

Jan. 24   Admission Open House, 7:00 p.m.  Informal program in the chapel at 7:30;  student-led tours at 8:15 p.m.  All interested parents and students are invited!

Jan. 26   Admission Exam, 9-11 a.m.  Reservation required.  Application and fee must be received by Admission Office before taking exam.

Feb. 2  Night of STARS!  Variety and talent show from the Southwest student body.  You WILL be entertained by this annual event that kicks off homecoming week!  7:30 p.m. at Calvary Church, 5300 France Ave.  S., Edina.  Bring the family!

Feb. 8  Homecoming Basketball Games; More information TBA.

Feb. 19 Admission Exam, 3:45-5:45 p.m. Reservation required.  Application and fee must be received by Admission Office before taking exam.

Feb. 28    Admission Open House, 7:00 p.m.  Informal program in the chapel at 7:30;  student-led tours at 8:15 p.m.  All interested parents and students are invited!

Mar. 15  Admission Exam, 9-11 a.m.  Reservation required.  Application and fee must be received by Admission Office before taking exam.

April 3   Early Freshmen Registration Meeting, 3:30 to 4:15 pm.  Incoming freshmen will have the opportunity to learn about course offerings, the weekly and daily schedule, and to register for fall classes.
