Fine Arts Booster Committee

The SWCHS Fine Arts Booster Committee is a volunteer parent organization. Established in 2017, the purpose of the club is to assist the leaders and participants in SWCHS performing arts as they create memorable, impactful experiences for the community.

The Fine Arts Booster Club focuses on three key priorities:

• Promotions: Marketing and promoting specific productions and/or the SWCHS arts as a whole; light fundraising
• Fine Arts Booster Club Membership: Provide marketing, communications, and administration for the SWCHS Fine Arts Booster Club memberships.
• Production Support:  planning for, recruiting, and training volunteers to support all required activities for SWCHS productions – such as ushers, ticket sellers, concessions, ticket-takers

When We Meet:

2nd Monday of each month during the school year for 60-90 minutes with Ms. Liesmaki (theater) and Mrs. DeVries (music).

How to Get Involved:

We welcome new families to the Boosters! No specific theater or music experience is required.  There is no cost to join or participate. All skills are welcome and needed.

Producer Level | $1,000

• Full-page digital advertisement at all fine arts programs
• Booster member acknowledgment at all fine arts programs
• 8 complimentary tickets to all fine arts events
• Reserved seating for all fine arts events for the school year

Director Level | $500

• Half-page digital advertisements in all fine arts programs
• Booster member acknowledgement at all fine arts programs
• 4 complimentary tickets to all ticketed fine arts events
• Reserved seating for all fine arts events for school year

Friend Level | $250

• Booster-level acknowledgement at all fine arts programs
• 2 complimentary tickets to all ticketed fine arts events
• Reserved seating for all fine arts events for the school year
