Application Process
Applications for the 2026-27 school year are open!
Early Application | October 1 - December 15 | $50 application fee
Regular Application | December 16 - March 31 | $100 application fee
Late Application | April 1 and later | $150 application fee
Current high school students interested in applying to transfer should contact the admissions office for more information.

Parents & students complete the online application explaining their desire to attend SWCHS and their agreement with the vision & statement of faith.

An online checklist will be assigned to your portal. This makes it very easy to request the documents we require, including:
– Teacher recommendation forms (applying 8th graders only)
– Character reference from a pastor, youth leader, or Christian mentor
– Records from the current school

Applying student and at least one parent/guardian meets with two from our admissions team. It’s casual time to get to know your student & why he/she wants to attend SWCHS.

If accepted, an enrollment agreement is completed and a non-refundable deposit secures their placement at SWCHS.

After a student is accepted, we will walk you through registering for classes. Some classes may require a placement test.
