Tuition & Financial Aid

In preparation for the 2026–27 school year,  re-enrollment agreements are due by January 31, 2026. Your prompt response will enable our administration to plan efficiently in the areas of staffing, schedules, and budget. 

SWCHS offers need-based financial aid for eligible families. The financial aid application is processed through Blackbaud Financial Aid Management. As part of the application, families will provide information regarding income and assets based on the 2024 or 2025 fiscal year and provide supporting documents. 

Financial aid applications can be submitted until April 15, 2026. We encourage families to apply as soon as possible as aid requests will be prioritized by the date received.

Applications will continue to be accepted after April 15, however, awards will be dependent on the availability of the school's financial aid budget. 

Returning families must re-apply for financial aid each year. Blackbaud Financial Aid Management applications will roll over into the next school year, with the ability to update current information. 

Financial aid award determination is based on multiple factors, including income and assets.

Families applying for financial aid may be eligible for up to 54% of the current SWCHS tuition. In some rare instances, families may receive additional aid.

We strongly encourage early submission of the financial aid application, even if a student has not yet submitted an admissions application. Financial aid applications can be processed and verified at any point during the admissions process. 

Financial aid awards are determined based on each family’s demonstrated need. Because financial aid funds are limited each year, families are strongly encouraged to submit their financial aid applications as early as possible.
