Details: Our professional strength coach (TBD) will lead a one hour workout specific to that session. If sport specific, the training will focus on developing strength and explosiveness in that specific area. If Freshman Academy or Non-Sport specific, the instruction will be around full body workouts. Each workout will be tailored and modified for the appropriate level of athlete – whether a beginner or an experienced athlete.
