The SWCHS music department returned from another successful trip to New York City! 42 students, parents, and teachers traveled to the Big Apple April 3–6.

SWCHS engineering students competed in the Shell Eco-marathon again in 2025 at Indianapolis Raceway on April 2–6. Julie Frahm, Nathan Rector, Nathan Bergman, Trevor Aitchison, and Cameron Hanson secured a top 10 finish!

32 students from Southwest Christian competed in the annual Minnesota DECA State Career Development Conference in Minneapolis, MN, March 2-4, 2025. 14 advanced to the final rounds on Tuesday, March 4 and seven placed in the top six in their events.

Southwest Christian is excited to announce that, after a rigorous search, Pete Tornquist has accepted the new Dean of Students position. With Rob Wassenaar's retirement announcement, SWC has worked diligently to find the right person to step into this important role.

Southwest Christian High School volleyball had the greatest finish in SWC VB history! They finished second place in the Class AA State Championship game against Hawley High School.
