Tornquist to Lead Baseball Program
Pete Tornquist has been named the Southwest Christian High School Head Baseball Coach ahead of the 2026 season. Tornquist currently serves as the SWCHS Dean of Students in addition to his coaching responsibilities.
Tornquist brings extensive experience to the role, having coached as part of the Chaska High School Baseball program for five seasons. He has also been involved with the Chaska Baseball Association, serving as coach to his three sons.
In addition to Tornquist, the varsity staff will be rounded out by former collegiate player Jake Marsh, former professional athlete Dalton Sawyer, Jake Johnson, and Dennis Flom. Arich Juberian, Griffen Streed, and Jeremy Bauernfeind complete Tornquist's coaching staff for the 2026 season.
