Covid Action Plan 2022

While we realize that COVID has become a part of our lives, we still have health-related guidelines to keep our community healthy.
While it is not required, these action plans can help keep our community well when applied to many airborne communicable illnesses including influenza.

22–23 COVID Action Plan

  1. Any person who is not feeling well should remain home. You may request a free home Covid test from the health office.
  2. Positive cases should be reported to the school nurse by emailing nurses@swchs.org or by calling 952-479-6240. Please include your child’s name, your name, your child’s symptoms, and when symptoms began.
  3. Individuals who are 24 hours fever free (without medication) with no Covid symptoms may return to school.
  4. Masks are not required but highly encouraged when returning to school following a positive case.
  5. In the event of exposure to a positive family member or friend, closely monitor for symptoms and stay home if symptoms develop.
